Rape, breaking and entering and property damage have been reported on the Dayton Campus of Wright State University on Sept. 23 to Sept. 28.
The rape that occurred at the Woods Residential Community back on Sept. 20 has an update. According to the new reports, the perpetrator was identified, but the victim denied prosecution.
There was property damage that happened in the Library Annex on Sept. 24 at 3 p.m. The incident was investigated; however, all leads were exhausted.
It was reported that in the late hours of Sept. 27, two individuals broke in and stole several goods from the Union Market. This incident is still being investigated and more information will be provided when available.
College Park saw a case of identity and telephone fraud. According to reports, the incident took place around 9:11 p.m. This is still being investigated.
Lastly, Oak Hall in The Woods Community saw two back-to-back crimes over the course of two days. The first incident was an aggravated assault that happened at approximately 5 p.m. The next day, Sept. 29 at 11 p.m., WSUPD were called again for a case of extortion. Both incidents are still being investigated, and it is unclear at this time if they are connected.
