Kings Island: WSU Appreciation Day

Kings Island will host a Wright State University Appreciation Day this Saturday, Oct. 24 with a discount price exclusively for WSU.

The Wright State Student Government Association (WSUSGA) worked to put together a discount day during the theme park's Halloween Haunt season. A single-day, fall ticket costs $39.99 online whereas this deal for Wright State students and faculty will be $32.00; a savings of around eight dollars. Friday Night Haunt tickets are also available online for $29.99 but will only allow guests in the park between 6 p.m. and 1 a.m. There is no WSU deal for a Friday Night Haunt ticket.

"It's supposed to be 70 [degrees] this Saturday so this would be a ideal day to go," WSUSGA Director of Communications and Marketing Emily Dotson said.
