What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Where: Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Union and Wayne, northern Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Campbell and Kenton, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto and Warren. When: From midnight EDT tonight through Friday morning. Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Additional Details: Several rounds of thunderstorms will produce heavy rain of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts, which may lead to flooding. Precautionary and preparedness actions: People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following areas, in central Ohio, Franklin and Madison. In west central Ohio, Clark, Darke and Miami. The flash flooding threat for this afternoon has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 2 PM EDT this afternoon. Precautionary and preparedness actions: People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.

The original "Scream" movie came out in theaters in December 1996. There have been many sequels in the series, the most recent being "Scream 7," which was released in theaters in February.
