There were several incidents of crime that took place during the dates of Aug. 18 to Sept. 1.
A perpetrator was arrested at the Palms building of The Woods Residential Hall for providing marijuana to an underage individual. According to reports, the incident occurred around midnight on Aug. 18.
At the Diggs Laboratory, there was a case of offense against justice and identity fraud. According to reports, the Wright State Police Department (WSUPD) responded on scene at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 19 to a call alleging that an individual was pretending to be a police officer.
A victim on campus called WSUPD over an alleged identity theft that took place on Aug. 24. The victim denied prosecution.
Also on Aug. 24, a student was cited with an open container liquor offense at the Rockfield Cemetery around 4:30 p.m. The case was closed with a referral to the Community Standards office.
On Aug. 24, there was a case of phone harassment that was pinpointed to have happened at the Student Union.
Theft occurred on Aug. 26 at the Hangar at 9:45 a.m. The perpetrator was not found.
Assault and harassment were reported out of Laurel Hall at The Woods Residential Hall on Aug. 27 around midnight. According to reports, WSUPD responded to a call about aggravated menacing and phone harassment. The case is still ongoing.
On Aug. 31, WSUPD responded to a case of child endangerment from The Village apartments. The incident took place around 11:37 a.m.
On Sept. 1, the College Park apartments saw a case of underage drinking. According to reports, WSUPD discovered that an individual was giving liquor to someone who was under the age of 21. The case is still ongoing.
