Ayden Davis Becomes Fifth Raider to Enter the Transfer Portal

Ayden Davis, a 6’10" forward and center for Wright State University (WSU) men’s basketball, is now the fifth player to enter the transfer portal for the Raiders.

This is Davis’s second year for the Raiders. Davis suffered a season-ending injury during his 2024-25 season, but was able to make a comeback this season during his 2025-26 season, where Davis averaged 5.0 points.

Davis made his announcement on Friday, April 10 in a social media post.

“I appreciate Coach Sargent and the entire [WSU] coaching staff for the opportunity to be part of this program. The experience and growth I’ve gained here are invaluable,” Davis said.

There are only a few days left before the transfer portal closes on April 21. Players can still commit to new schools after the deadline, but that is the final date to enter their name into the portal.
