What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Where: Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union. When: From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon. Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Additional Details: Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts. Precautionary and preparedness actions: People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.

BREAKING: Former WSU faculty win Oscar for 'American Factory.'

Former Wright State faculty members Julia Reichert and Steven Bognar win “Best Documentary Feature” at the 92nd Academy Awards for their work on 'American Factory.'

The couple share the Oscar with Jeff Reichert.

Produced by Michelle and Barack Obama’s production company, Higher Ground, and Netflix, this film follows a Chinese billionaire and his company’s achievements and setbacks in Dayton.

According to the Associated Press, this is the first film produced by the Obama-backed production company.

President Barack Obama tweeted shortly after it was known 'American Factory' would take home the Oscar.

“Glad to see two talented and downright good people take home the Oscar for Higher Ground’s first release,” said Obama.


“Working people have it harder and harder these days and we believe that things will get better when workers of the world unite,” said Reichert in her acceptance speech.
