What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Where: Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union. When: From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon. Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Additional Details: Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts. Precautionary and preparedness actions: People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.

Rob Gronkowski Out For Season Opener

Rob Gronkowski has been ruled out for week one with a hamstring injury as the Patriots take on the Arizona Cardinals. The timetable for Gronk’s return is going to be a week to week diagnosis. Gronk had previously stated that he was “not 100%.”

The Patriots already don’t have Tom Brady, who is serving a 4 game suspension, and now with Gronkowski out the Patriots will face a Cardinals team that many think of as a Super Bowl contender. The Patriots are also down two offensive linemen, Nate Solder and Jonathan Cooper, due to a hamstring and foot injury. This will be something to watch as fill in QB Jimmy Garappolo starts in his first game ever.
