Kate Spade found dead at 55

According to New York Daily News, fashion designer Kate Spade was found dead June 5 in her apartment.

The world famous designer was found by her housekeeper who reported it to police. According to the article police say that Spade hung herself in her Upper East Side home in New York.

Spade has more than 140 retail stores nation wide and over 175 around the world.
