Where: Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. When: Until 10 AM EDT this morning. Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Precautionary and preparedness actions: If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
